DELIVERY

WE WILL ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO THE REGISTERED CARDHOLDER ADDRESS WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.  WE MAY REQUEST FURTHER PROOF OF ADDRESS AND IDENTITY BEFORE SHIPPING ANY ORDERS REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT METHOD.

Goods are usually shipped within 1 - 5 working days of receiving cleared funds.  In the event that an item is out of stock we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise of the earliest delivery estimate.  If it is not possible to supply the original item ordered within a maximum 30 days, then an equivalent replacement may be offered.

RETURNS

YOU MAY RETURN GOODS PURCHASED WITHIN 7 DAYS UNDER THE STATUTORY DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS. ALL GOODS ARE NEW AND WITH FULL UK WARRANTY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE STANDARD MANUFACTURERS RETURNS POLICY.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WITHIN 7 DAYS MAXIMUM. GOODS ARE INSURED FOR SHIPPING AND WE WILL ASSIST WITH ANY CLAIMS RECOVERY. THE COST OF SHIPPING OF RETURNS IS ENTIRELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER INSURED SHIPPING IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AT ALL TIMES. NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR GOODS FURTHER DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN IF THE ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING IS IN TACT. OPENED SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. LICENSE ONLY SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. A HARD COPY OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL BE SENT VIA RECORDED POST.

ANY MANUFACTURED ITEM SUCH AS CUSTOM WIRING LOOMS AND MANUFACTURER SUPPLIED HARDWARE UPGRADES ARE CONSIDERED A FINAL SALES AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE – NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED

When purchasing goods from this webstore your contract is with Dub Central LTD. All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334). This regulation ensures that the consumer is given clear and accurate information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a “cooling off” period of 14 working days after the day of delivery – during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel either in writing or by email. You have a duty of care whilst the products purchased are in your possession. Goods must be returned and re-packed in the original packaging as received complete ‘AS SOLD’ and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (if the packaging has been opened to examine the product’s it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or the product’s in any way).
